Purpose: hosting and operating the website, receiving trial requests, and maintaining service security. Transfer occurs over HTTPS to the server. Processing methods include storage, retrieval, backup, maintenance, and necessary fault or security response. Categories of information include name, email, optional company or team, optional Maya version, use case, consent records, and necessary network-security information. The recipient country is United States; the data location is United States.

FGSLANDS independently manages the website application, operating system, database, and access permissions. ByteVirt (legal name ByteVirt LLC, address 117 S Lexington Street STE 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701 USA) supplies VPS, network, and server infrastructure. We do not infer a state, city, facility, or upstream data center. ByteVirt LLC may access hosted data or related network information only as needed for infrastructure operation, maintenance, faults, security incidents, or lawful cooperation. FGSLANDS does not proactively permit trial requests to be used for its advertising or marketing.

Retention

Unconverted trial requests are kept for 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Active customers retain the minimum service records during the active service relationship; ordinary identifiable customer data is kept for 24 months after service ends. Marketing subscriptions remain until unsubscribe, consent withdrawal, or address invalidation. Security logs are kept for up to 30 days. Encrypted backups are kept for 30 days. The internal response target for rights requests is 15 calendar days and legal holds are reviewed every 90 days. These are FGSLANDS internal rules, not uniform statutory periods.

We use only technology needed for essential functionality, security, and sessions.

Analytics and advertising

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tracking.

Your rights

Email fgslands@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or consent withdrawal. Withdrawal does not affect earlier handling or necessary service notices.

Age

Trial requests are accepted only from people aged 18 or older.

Marketing and unsubscribe

Marketing is voluntary and each marketing email provides one-click unsubscribe.

Security

We use access controls, transport protection, encrypted backups, least privilege, and retention cleanup measures.

Updates and language

Updates change the version and effective date. If the Chinese and English texts differ, the Chinese text controls.
